Who doesn’t love ribs? Ribs are always a hit no matter which way you cook them. These fall off the bone black bean roasted ribs are a hit with my family.

Fall off the Bone Black Bean Oven- Roasted Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Pack of ribs
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 C Black Bean Sauce
  • 1 C BBQ Sauce (Regular)
  • 1/4 C Tandori ( optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard Powder (Keens)
  • 1 tbsp Steak Spice ( Keg)
  • 2 C Rib Water

Rinse and cut ribs into individual rib sections. Add to pot of boiling water. Reduce water to med and continue to boil for a minimum 20-30  min. Remove from water and add ribs to large roasting pan.

Why boil ribs first? Tenderize and remove access fat are two great reasons.

Stir in all ingredients, coat ribs evenly. Add the water.

Bake at 350 for 45 min – 1 hr or until a nice thick consistency, without sticking to the pan.
