What is in a bulletproof coffee?

  • 1 Tbsp of Ghee or grass fed unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp of pure organic coconut oil.( I love coconut oil slim) It is made from the skin. I buy mine here>http://www.alzorganics.com or  Buried Treasure Coconut Oil 
  • 1 cup of your favorite Coffee black
  • 1 pkg of Truvia or similar substitutes.( not equivalent to unhealthy artificial sweeteners such as  (Equal,Splenda,Nutri-sweet and Sugar twin)
  • coffee cream optional
  • 1/8 tsp of Pumpkin Spice

Blend or stir well. Enjoy a great cup of healthy coffee. You can bet it is much healthier than a Pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks
