How to Make Bacon Wrapped Asiago Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts


  • Chicken breasts
  • 2-3 slices of bacon per chicken breasts
  • One bunch of asparagus.
  • Olive oil
  • Asiago cheese
  • Minced garlic and red onion
  • Italian seasoning
  • Poultry seasoning
  • Sea salt and Pepper


Preheat oven to 375. Place foil on a cookie sheet or preferred cooking dish.

Place chicken breasts on cutting board and pound flat with tenderizer mallet. Place aside.

Wash and rinse asparagus well and cut off about  1-2 inches off the ends to prevent tough asparagus.Place in a ziplock bag or a container with a lid. Sprinkle with olive oil and spices as well as minced garlic and onion.Toss and let stand for 10-15 min.

Take 2-3 pieces of bacon and lay on the baking sheet or cutting board. Place flattened chicken breast on one end of bacon. Add 5-6 asparagus pieces and sprinkle with asiago cheese.

Carefully roll up till the end of bacon. Repeat. Sprinkle leftover asparagus mixture on each roll. Place leftover asparagus to the side of the baking dish and cook with the chicken.  Someone may like some extra vegetables.
