Beer And Clamato Cocktail With A Twist

Today there are so many variations of alcoholic beverages on the market with the beer and clamato cocktail being no exception.

Beer and Clam is a popular drink for Canadians as Beer and Tomato juice is the drink of choice for Americans.

These cocktails are often referred to as the Michelada (spicy version) or the Red Eye, with tomato juice, V8 option.

One thing I love is adding a twist to my beverages. This is my version of a beer and clamato cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can of beer.
  • 2 oz of Clamato Cocktail. (flavor optional)
  • Steak spice ( Keg )
  • Hot and Spicy dill pickles or beans. Sliced or whole.
  • 1/2 oz of pickle juice. Use leftover juice after the pickles are finished. Removing juice from pickles will result in moldy pickles.
  • Dash of Worcestershire Sauce and hot sauce. (optional)

Rim the glass with spices, and pour in beer and clamato juice. Add a sprinkle of steak spice along with pickle juice and pickle garnish if desired.

More options with beer cocktails

  • Add an ounce of vodka to the beer and clamato cocktail shown above.
  • Make a Beerrita, 1 beer, 1 ounce of vodka or tequila, and a can of frozen limeade. Add ice to the blender and mix carefully. So good on a hot day but catch up to you fast.
