Leftover Chicken And Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Chopped Steamed Broccoli
  • Salt And Pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 340 gr Egg Noodles

Instructions
 

  • Chop chicken breasts and broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Dice garlic and onion.
    Add oil to pan.
    Medium heat
  • Fry garlic and onion lightly.
    Add chicken and broccoli.
    Fry and stir about 2 minutes
  • Add can of mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Stir and cover with lid for 15 min on med-low heat. Stir occasionally.
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Cook egg noodles as desired, Add salt to cooking, drain and set aside.
  • Lift lid and add cup of shredded cheese over sauce. Cover and cook on low for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
  • Plate noodles and add sauce over noodles. Serve
