Chop chicken breasts and broccoli into bite size pieces.Dice garlic and onion.Add oil to pan.Medium heat Fry garlic and onion lightly.Add chicken and broccoli.Fry and stir about 2 minutes Add can of mushroom soup and sour cream.Stir and cover with lid for 15 min on med-low heat. Stir occasionally. Add salt and pepper
Cook egg noodles as desired, Add salt to cooking, drain and set aside.
Lift lid and add cup of shredded cheese over sauce. Cover and cook on low for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
Plate noodles and add sauce over noodles. Serve
